Our clients come from the Berlin start-up scene, universities and research institutions. We also take on clients from established companies if they are digital and technology-oriented. In addition, we advise a select number of non-profit companies and foundations that are committed to the idea of social entrepreneurship.
With our decentralized and paperless office, we are as technically fit as our clients. We have our own servers, an electronic document management system and prefer to communicate online. If required, we can support you in the development of Datev and other interfaces for your software products. Data security and data backup are our top priority, because trust is also a question of good technology. Our time and your time is too valuable for searching for files and sharpening pencils.
What they lack is experience – which we have. You can rely on our advice and our cool heads. We can tell you which legal form is best suited to your business idea and which subsidies you can apply for.

Digital bookkeeping, payroll accounting and annual financial statements/tax returns are our core business. We also support you with the introduction of cost accounting, the right controlling system and finding suitable interfaces for your software products.
We offer all-round support for start-ups in particular: from advice on the legal form and business plan to funding applications and venture capital management to tax returns and payroll accounting for growing companies. We do this because we find it exciting ourselves. And because we know how to do it.
